Holiday Returns Policy
Our standard Return policy is to accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery. However, we understand that many customers like to order holiday gifts early, so we have extended our return Policy for the holidays. Items shipped between November 1st, 2008 and December 25th, 2008 may be returned until January 10th, 2009

International Orders

The method for placing an international order is as follows:

1. Send us an email to international@buyeretail.com with the following information:
  • Model Number and advertised Price of the item you're interested in ordering.
  • Your Name
  • Company Name
  • Address
  • Suite or Room number
  • City, State (Province)
  • Postal zip code
  • Country
  • Telephone number

2. Once we have this information we will email you the shipping charges for your order and the paymnet information.
3. We ship exclusively via FedEx international economy. You will be charged the same rates as FedEx charges.
4. The customer is responsible for all taxes and import duty charges.
