Holiday Returns Policy
Our standard Return policy is to accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery. However, we understand that many customers like to order holiday gifts early, so we have extended our return Policy for the holidays. Items shipped between November 1st, 2008 and December 25th, 2008 may be returned until January 10th, 2009

At BuyERetail, your privacy is greatly respected. Our shopping cart is therefore registered with Thawte Inc., thereby encrypting all personal information submitted to us, using SSL technology, which encrypts all your personal information, including your credit card data, and prevents it from being intercepted over the Internet. Once information is received, it is held in strict confidence. We will never share or sell your personal information, including your email address, to other companies for any reason, except as required by law.

To avoid fraudulent activities being charged to your credit card account, our verification department requires exact billing addresses. If the merchandise shipped to a different location please provide a listed telephone number to that location.

To ensure prompt deliveries, please supply a daytime phone number, in addition to the billing number, enabling our staff to contact you if necessary. This will greatly expedite the processing of your order.

You do not have to worry about receiving unsolicited email from other companies or individuals as a result of shopping at our site. We do, on occasion, send out an email announcement to inform our customers when we add a major new feature to our website; once again, those email addresses are not shared with anyone else.

All of our merchandise is brand new and factory sealed by the manufacturer, unless specified otherwise.
